du is offering customers free credit for incoming calls, with its latest plan Bonus on Incoming.

The bonus will apply to Elite plans, Pay-as-you-Go or a Visitor Mobile Line. All du mobile customers will now get 0.1 fils for every second of incoming call they receive from any UAE numbers, a bonus of 6 fils per minute. The free credit can then be used for both local and international calls, SMS and data. "This is a unique, exciting way of rewarding our customers," said Farid Faraidooni, chief commercial officer at du. "It's an offer that will really get people thinking - how creative can you be to generate as many incoming calls as possible? Bonus on Incoming is a great way of encouraging people to keep in touch; friends can call friends, children can call their parents, and the rewards are doubled - not only do you get to connect with a loved one, but you're giving them something at the same time. It's win-win for our customers." Pay as you Go customers will receive their free credit at the end of the incoming phone call, while Elite Plan customers will see it added to their monthly bill. To activate the Bonus on Incoming service, du mobile users must call 135 and select option 4.
